Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Refunds and Withdrawal:

• Trainees have the right to withdraw from the training program and submit a fee refund request, provided the official request is filed prior to the scheduled start date, as follows:

o A full refund of the amount paid is granted if the request is submitted at least five working days before the scheduled start date, accompanied by valid reasons.

o An 80% refund of the amount paid is granted if the request is submitted between two and five working days before the scheduled start date.

o A 60% refund of the amount paid is granted if the request is submitted one working day before the scheduled start date.

o Trainees are not entitled to any refund if they decide not to attend or withdraw on the start date or after the start date has passed.

o Exceptions are made for refunds based on force majeure circumstances (death, severe illness, or travel outside the Kingdom); no other reasons are accepted.

2. Trainees are not entitled to a refund if they are absent from the training program without a reason deemed valid by the administration.

3. In the event of force majeure circumstances preventing a trainee from completing the program, the trainee has the right to postpone their participation and join another group, provided the postponement period for the alternative program does not exceed two months.

4. Submitting a withdrawal request does not constitute automatic approval; the request will be reviewed, and a response regarding the outcome and recommendations will be provided within three working days of the submission date.

5. Trainees may submit a request supported by documentation proving a valid reason for failing to meet the required attendance hours for the training program; the request will be reviewed, and a response (approval or rejection) will be provided within two working days of the submission date.
