Steps to Access Key Tenant Admin Features

  1. User Management

    • Access Site administration > Users > Bulk user actions to manage users at scale, including adding or removing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  2. Course Management

    • Navigate to Site administration > Courses > Manage courses to view and manage courses, including enrolling users or groups as needed.
  3. Monitoring and Reporting

    • Under Site administration > Reports, select a reporting option to analyze course activity, user progress, and engagement.
  4. Communication with Users

    • From Site administration > Users > Send a message, communicate with individuals or groups for important updates or reminders.
  5. Customizing LMS Settings

    • Modify tenant-specific settings by accessing Site administration > Appearance or Permissions, where you can adjust roles, user access, and general visibility.
