2. Becoming a Tenant Admin
As a contracting company manager, when you access the LMS through Muqawil, a unique tenant environment is created specifically for your organization. This setup ensures that each company has a dedicated space within the LMS, with control over its own users and courses.
Upon logging in for the first time, you are automatically assigned the Tenant Admin role. This role grants you administrative privileges within your company’s tenant environment, enabling you to manage users, oversee course enrollments, and access other administrative functions that help you organize and monitor training for your employees.
This tenant-based setup allows for personalized, secure management and offers flexibility to customize settings and course access according to the needs of your company. As a Tenant Admin, you have the authority and responsibility to maintain and facilitate the learning environment for your employees effectively.
